There’s reason to celebrate at Krones China: The company was recently recognised as “Top Employer 2025” by the Top Employer Institute for its excellent HR strategy. Jia-Cheng Wang, Head of Region China, sees this milestone not just as another “certificate on the wall,” but as a meaningful acknowledgment of the team’s “collective effort to nurture a workplace that excels in talent attraction, growth, motivation, and fostering an inclusive culture.”
Headquartered in the Netherlands, the Top Employer Institute is considered a global benchmark for excellence in human resources. Companies are evaluated against international standards across 20 criteria in six categories. Now, alongside more than 2,400 companies in over 125 countries, Krones China is officially among the world’s top employers.
But the company is already looking ahead – because this recognition is not only high praise, but also a motivation to keep improving the workplace and continue growing together with the people in the company. According to Jia-Cheng Wang, the team intends to build on the insights gained through the Top Employer Institute. This approach also reflects the company’s core values: “It’s proof that our focus on continuous improvement isn’t just a goal, but a practice we live every day.”
