    When your job brings you joy and makes a difference

    Major success for our teams in Latin America: Krones do Brasil has received the “Great Place to Work” certification for the first time, while Krones Andina has earned the recognition for the second time.

    This recognition is far more than just another certificate on the wall. It objectively confirms what we at Krones have known for a long time: that we are a strong community where we overcome boundaries together and where mutual support and appreciation come first.

    The certification is based on an anonymous employee survey that evaluates topics such as trust in leaders, fairness, respect, team spirit and pride in one’s work. The “Great Place to Work” award therefore also belongs to the people who made this success possible in the first place: the colleagues who take responsibility every day, overcome challenges together, share knowledge and work passionately on “Solutions beyond tomorrow”. Their commitment makes Krones what it is: a company where innovative technologies are created and where people can realise their full potential.

    There is another positive effect as well: The survey responses provide the ideal foundation for becoming even better. All feedback will now be carefully analysed and the insights gained will be incorporated into concrete measures to further develop the working environment.

    Our service

    To create transparency for customers, investors and analysts, we participate in recognised rating formats. In 2025, we received an "A-" rating from CDP in the "Climate Change" category ("Water Security": B). Our EcoVadis Scorecard was awarded a Gold Medal in 2025.
