New PET line – designed for peak performance
The newly installed PET line sets a new performance benchmark, producing up to 100,000 bottles per hour. Its centerpiece, the ErgoBloc L, integrates stretch blow-molding, labeling, filling, and capping into one ultra-efficient block. The results include reduced energy use, a smaller footprint, faster changeovers, and consistently high product quality – all hallmarks of Mai Dubai’s operational excellence.
Future-ready canning line – unlocking new growth horizons
Mai Dubai’s canning line marks its strategic entry into new beverage categories such as sparkling water, flavored water, CSDs, and malt-based drinks. The line is equipped with a Modulfill Bloc FS-C; that means that flexibility is built into its core, ensuring efficiency, reliability and adaptability for years to come. This addition diversifies Mai Dubai’s portfolio and opens up new growth pathways in both domestic and regional markets.
Supporting these new lines is the Hydronomic water treatment system – a fully integrated, high-capacity solution that guarantees unmatched water purity and consistency. Coupled with a fully automated syrup room, this system ensures precision mixing and quality control for all beverage types, reinforcing Mai Dubai’s reputation for excellence at every stage of production.
