Caustic-free to the filler
Returnable containers may contain residual caustic after cleaning. The separate caustic inspection unit's task is to detect these bottles. It operates according to the well-proven high-frequency technology. Even the tiniest traces of caustic will cause the immediate stop of filler and conveyor. For the bottle in question, this means: "Up to this point and no further."
